Camera Phone become web cam

Hi, I have Sony Ericsson K800i mobile phone with cyber shot camera 3.2 mega pixels.
Is there anybody out there knows that a camera phone can be functioned as a web cam? If it can, how to make it work as web cam?
Notes: cd that comes with camera had been installed into my laptop.
