HELP! Data cable gx10i

Hey, i recently got a usb data cable for my sharp gx10i, does anyone know of any software? I got the cable off ebay, and the one on the sharp site only works with their cables. I need it to be able to send photos and sounds to the phone (sounds more important). Being able to send and recieve java games and being able to recieve sound and pictures would be good but not essential. Thanks very much!!

any of the software that can be picked up from http://www.sharp-mobile.com/europe/uk/downloads/do
wnloads.asp?id=gx10i should work just fine. A cable is a cable... as long as it is wired correctly that is.
