Animations to mobiles.

I know this may be a simple question, but I'm not very well up on these things. Can anyone tell me how i can copy/send animations I have on my PC to my mobile. I dont have any on my mobile that i can insert in messages to send and I would like to be able to do this. any advice would be great. Thanks
