Hi i bought this phone set it all up but now need to remove the sim card and cannot see how to do it. Anyone help me pls. Thanks

You slide the back off to get to the sim.

The back comes off by pressing the shiny catch just below the hinge, the battery then comes out by pulling it from the bottom and you have to slide the SIM out by pushing it into the space where the battery was. There isn't a catch to move or anything it is simply held in by friction, so you have to push down on it quite firmly and push it towards the opening.
