Problem installing Incredimail

Trying to install latest version of incredimail. Seems to download OK, but when I then click on the install.exe I get error message: 'The INCREDIMAIL_INSTALL.EXE. is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:MsgWaitForMultipleObjectsEx.' This is on PC/ Windows95 and I am a complete novice... what should I do? Help! (ps Happy New Year everyone)
