mp3 player downloading

can anyone suggest a decent free program, for downloading music from computer to mp3 player?

If you have Windows XP or Vista, I find Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to be as good as anything.

Media player is carpola because it only lets you burn at 56 kb/sec which can be a bit low or on version 11 it doesn't seem to let you burn at all. Try one called exactaudio.com. It's very good but I think it's only free for a while then you hafta pay for it, I'm but not sure.

I just copy tracks from my music folder and paste it into MP3 player (accessed via "my computer") I don't use any programme, just copy and paste!! unless you are converting files as well, for that I use Music Match Jukebox.
