when clicking express or custom it looks like it is looking for it but never gets anywhere.then comes up not responding.any ideas.please.also cannot upload anything or submit any work to learndirect
prev How is one of my vodafone sims working and the other isn't.I understand there is a network problem with vodafone?

What connection are you on? Broadband at home?

Try disabling your firewall.

Do you use a router?

on ntl and about to go on bt tomorrow.i have norton setup but not sure about firewall

If you have a norton internet security type package, try disabling it temporarily (usually right-click the icon bottom-right, perhaps).
