always online

my explorer seems to have defaulted to work offline in the file menu--it is always ticked when i log on and i don't get any pages until i untick it and click on the page shortcut again--anyone know how to fix this

sorry folks--the title is misleading--should have read always work offline--but problem is as described

Open IE, File, Deselect Work Offline, connect to the NET, then disconnect, then click, File, Close. Try it again.
