Im thinking about doing a Microsoft networking course with Computeach, has anyone had experience of this course?
Ive had no formal training with computers, but Im quite proficient with tinkering with them, and I have a science degree so I'm reasonably intelligent, but the course fee is a huge amount, so I need any advice I can get.

I have no experience other than what I have read, heard, and experienced myself many years agao when I went to one of their "open" interviews or whatever they call it. I asked some pertinent questions which were not answered and avoided. In the end I walked out because it smacked of con to me. Everything I have read or heard since since also bears that out. Peronally if you sign up for it I think you might learn something, but you'll also spend a lot of money for a qualification which is not recognised, and as for getting a job from them, well, I wouldn't be so sure.
In the IT world they are seen as a joke. not respected at all, turning up for an Interview with a Computeach qualification is likely to get you a very quick exit. They generally charge a fortune for very poor training. Get on a proper course down your local college.
