psp shut down

i have a small problem with my psp, can anyone help, i bought the console just after xmas '06 i only have 2 games, pro evo 6 and fifa 07, now, the problem i am haveing is the console shuts down after a period of game play, today i was20 games into a season when it shut down for no reason, to say i was a little ****** is an understatement, so any ideas??? any help would be cool.

It's probably sick of footy and was just protesting in the best way it knows how.

Are you sure its not just running out of battery? The life when running a 3d game is not very long.

thanx for your time people, i have checked the battery meter after the blackout and it shows loads of life left, that was my first thought, but i think not,
and as for being sick of "footie" Llamatron, what else is there (lol) just kidding! There's the pub too........
