can't sign into virgin media

Is anyone else having a problem signing into their virgin media i can't access my emails and do not want to spend a fortune on phone calls, i know there is another way to get to the emails but i can't remember how does anyone know? thanks

go to virginmedia.com and click on e-mail (left hand column), you will be prompted to select your isp address, (eg ntl, blueyonder or virgin) then just add your password and that should get you to your mailbox
