How much water should I drain out from the header tank, before adding the sludge cleaner to ( header tank) insure that the sludge cleaner will pass through all the rads.

Keep draining water from the rads until all the water has drained from your header tank then add your sludge remover insuring that it drains down into your system then switch off your drain ****, job done.
