I am trying to configure Thunderbird for my @boltblue.com email. I am picking up new mail fine but unable to send. I am getting the error message:
The message could not be sent because connecting to the smtp server smtp.boltble.com failed. The server may be unavaliable or is refusing smtp connections. Please verify that your smtp server setting is correct and try again, or else contact your administrator.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I assume you missed out the 'u' while you were typing this question and not in the smtp name itself?

Yes- I filled it in correctly on the form. (Had me worried for a minute though)
Check the port number too then.

Also, are you behind a firewall or proxy server or similar?

I tried to find some information about it on their website, but can't find a thing. Normally they'll have a page telling you exactly what port numbers to use etc.
