At my wits end with this right click computer question

I'm having a problem when I right click. My 'Save Target As' option is no longer highlighted or selectable. I can't download any media files from the internet. I've searched help pages online but can't seem to find anything. Can anybody help me? I'm using Windows XP Home.

There's an option in the IE Security settings. o access it go Tools, Options. Then click the Security tab. Click the Custom Level button. Scroll down through the options and you should find under Downloads File Downloads with an option to Enable/Disable. Hope this helps.
