Does anybody know where i can get funny/voice message tone alerts from or maybe sound bites which i could put on my phone??

I use "limewire" theres loads of sound effects and tunes available on there, just type the specific sound you want, i.e Police Siren (crap but good example!), then download it.

Next, you either bluetooth it to your phone or if you have the connection that links your phone and PC use that.

Done.
