Adware/spyware this site!

I have just scanned and got rid of 450 unwanted tracking/tracing things (yes I'm not that technical) off my computer, only to find as soon as I come on to this site, they are back! Is there anything I can do about this?

If you are using Internet Explore you can go to "Tools", "internet options" then click on the security tab and increase the level.
To be honest these are probably "cookies" you get them from just about every site/page you'll visit, increasing the security level can stop some pages loading. They'll save data like passwords and stuff and are mostly harmless.
