Answer MAchine/Fax Pickup

We have a fax machine at work. We are looking at buying an answer machine too for when we are out of the office. However, as the telephone and fax are on the same number, are there any answer machines out there on the market that will pick up when no one is around, as an answering machine, and if it is a fax, automatically pick-up the fax?

I also have a fax and answering machine on the same line but it is the fax machine settings that determine how the calls are answered. Once the fax and answering machine are connected to the same line you need to choose the Tad Fax/RX receive setting and the fax will automatically monitor incoming calls and take over if it is a fax.
