My eldest is wanting to get on the web and the mac I have has only a very limited parental control.

I am using BT broadband at the moment which has nothing, does any other provider supply anything?
Or is there any downloads available?

I will never changed to a P.C. (ever)

I believe Safari will let you limit the websites that can be accessed -- log into their account, and open Safari's preferences and its under the Security section.
