My boiler works fine most of the time but, sometimes it switches itself it seems this is due to overheating, I have to reset the overheat thermostat and away it goes again. The problem happens maybe 6 times per year. The boiler thermostat has been replaced, to no avail. Any ideas?

Wait until tomorrow morning when Gasman logs on.
Give him a few minutes.
He needs a coffee, and those damn customers keep coming in.
