Can a video on say the BBC website or Utube be copied on to a CD or DVD please? Not just the link. I want to send a video to someone without a PC but who has a DVD/CD player to play it on.

Short answer is yes, provided that you are able to dowload to your hard drive as a mpeg or windows media file or similar. I assume you have the necessary burning software
