Have just downloaded this programme on to my laptop so I can be notified when I receive e-mails.Have downloaded ok and have the icon in my taskbar but it does not notify when mail arrives.
Any ideas as to what I have done wrong please ?

They can be hard to set up. Who are you email suppliers?
