MSN / Norton 2007 / Webcam & Folder sharing

Am using latest MSN Live, Norton 2007 Internet Security and on board webcam in an Acer laptop ... tried last night for the 1st time to recieve webcam image from someone in MSN and it would have it ... but i could send my webcam images ... anyone got any ideas ?

Also cant share folders or recieve single files as i get a message saying my pc is incapable ... but can send single files ...

Try turning off norton for a short while (assuming norton is your firewall), and see if your webcam works then.
