Ihave recently moved and when trying to turn on my pc, it is asking for a password. There wasnt any password on there and we used to just enter past it to get into windows. Now because it is saying there is an error it has also blanked out the user name and we cant remember what it was??? Is there any way around this???

I would suggest you to recover the password by windows 7 password reset tools. Windows Login Recovery is one of such tools. I used a password recovery tool windows login recovery, download it and install it in a computer of my laptop. Then burn a password reset CD/DVD or USB flash Drive by following its guide. Finally I got my windows 7 password reset. No data loss at all.
