I'm having problems printing a complete [4sides] border in Word, it looks fine when on the screen and sometimes when in print preview, but when i try to print it says that section 1 is outside of the print range[it's always the bottom of page border that is missing. i've tried all the margin thingy's and changing paper size but none of that has worked and i cann't seem to find how to change paper settings on my printer [lexmark X1180] Any one any ideas???

Check your border margins You might have positioned your border too close to the edge of a page. Most printers cannot print to the edge of a page especially to the bottom of the page. The minimum amount of space needed between the margin and the edge of the page varies by printer. To adjust the page border margin, click Borders and Shading (Format menu), click the Page Border tab, and then click Options. Under Margin, adjust the settings you want.

Thanks for that, it really helped but rather than change the margins i put from text and not from page edge.........and it works......that's been bugging me for ages and i'm doing the invites to a friends wedding........you've saved the day.
