domain names tags and pointing

I own a domain name and changed the Tags to point to my new site. however i entered the wrong info and cannot access the tags from my old provider again. how can I fix this horrible mess? should I just surrender the domain name and then buy it again and start from scratch?

What's the domain?

You can go here to get the info for your domain :

http://www.menandmice.com/knowledgehub/tools/d ig

It should tell you the DNS servers that are managing the domain and from there you should be able to tell which company has control over your domain at the moment. Contact them to reset your A records or whatever it is you did.

The name servers that manage the domain are ns.hosteurope.com and ns2.hosteurope.com.

Does hosteurope ring any bells? Looks like a German company.....
