If its a UK based web site then I'm sure you could contact the office of fair trading.
What's the basis of the complaint?

I haven't lost any money with the company but I feel I've been treated badly. I placed an order weeks ago and they didn't inform me when my order was delayed, as promised on their website, they've told me twice they will post the goods immediately and then haven't, they now won't answer any of my emails, and finally, they've cancelled my order without telling me. I've looked at the OFT website but this company complies with the requirements to give full customer service and complaints info on their website - but none of it's true! I know I should just forget about it but it p's me off that they can treat customers like this and get away with it.

Oh, and so you can avoid this happening to you - the company is B2G Lingerie.
