YouTube videos not loading

When I went to play a video on YouTube, it came up with this error message:

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player.

It said the installation was complete but the videos still wouldn't load. Any advice??

go to google and type in macromedia flash player then click on the 1st website then download it then after that install it then go to google and download the latest java then install it then resart the coputer then it should be done
