I have recently downloaded 14 episodes of a tv programme. I have converted them from Avi to VOB (DVD files), using Win Avi Convertor and have both the Audio TS and Video TS folders as normal, with the files in the video folder, as normal.

At the moment I have to use one disc for each episode which is a waste as each epidode is only 1gb.

How do I burn 2 or 3 episodes to one disc? As when I try and do it with Nero, it copies both but on half of one episode plays.

What software do I need? I currently have DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, Nero 6, DVD2One. Can I do this using nero? or do i need someting else? If so what and where can I download i from and how do I use it?

Please help, as I have been looking for an answer to this for months!

I've always done it using Nero
Use the 'make DVD-Video' (or something like that) option.
You just import the AVI files into Nero, create a menu, then burn it.
It does take a while (5 or 6 hours at times) to burn the disc, but you can get 5 half-hour episodes (usually) on one disc.

the thing is my dvd player does not play AVI's thus the reason behind conerting to VOB (DVD) and then burning, but it will only brun one episode on one disc.

I use nero to make a dvd from avi files.Nero converts them into files which can be played on a dvd player
sorry, I was unclear. The method I describe converts the AVI files to DVD format. That's why it takes so long.
The only way to get avi files onto disc in that format using Nero is to burn a data disc
You need to use dvdshrink - get the lastest edition and use the reauthor mode - you can the find the dvd titles of each episode and add them to a compilation - if the compilation is too big for a disc then it will also shrink it so it fits real nice! - Hope that helps - Carlos

Thanks you guys!

I think what I was doing wrong was convertng the AVIS to VOB and then using nero to burn them to disc. I will let nero do the converting and burning.

Cheers guys!!
it's worth using winAVI if you're burning a movie, because the conversion process is much quicker than Nero, but for episodes of a series, you're better off with just Nero
