I have acquired a mobile phone on contract from the above company, I subsequently decided that the handset was too small, as per their terms and conditions I sent an email cancelling the agreement within 6hrs. I then spoke to customer services informing them of the cancellation, they stated they would cancel the direct debit there and then. They stated they would send a jiffy bag out for me to post the intact parcel back to them. Hey Presto no jiffy bag and the first payment taken out of my bank account three weeks later. Has anyone else had this sort of problem, why dont these people communicate

they always do it. Always get your bank to cancel your direct debit agreements so they cant take any money.
