TV Digi Sender

Hi, I am thinking of getting one of those gadgets that allows me to wirelessly send the TV singnal to other tv's in the house.Are they any good? Can anyone recommend a specific model.I have a Sky Digi box downstairs, and would like to send the signal to the TV in my upsairs bedroom.

I got one from Tesco... cant remember the make of it now, but it's the only one that Tesco sold... �24.99 and its absolutely cracking, far better than the �60 one my brother bought online.
