yet Via Internet Explorer I can,

i down loaded fire fox on recomendation and flash sites did not work properly think maybe you have download some kind of video codec i could not be assed and upgraded to IE7 same type of tab browsing find it ok.

You need to download shockwave from this site:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/plugins/

Don't forget to restart Firefox after the download.
