using microsoft excel how can i increase the font size without the cell size increasing ? when i increase the font now, the cell increases so my text dosn't fit onto 1 page

i assume you mean the cell height.
the cell size will increase because the text needs to fit in it.

You can change the print area page breaks by going to the View menu and selecting Page Break Preview, then adjusting where page 1 ends.
