Use the bluetooth connection (you need bluetooth on your computer too) or the USB cable that should have come with it. It probably came with a CD too with all the necessary drivers.

If you don't have the CD or cable you should be able to find the drivers on Sony Ericsson's website and a data cable on Ebay....
