Is it possible to change the interests of the Sims? Websites have said it is possible and have suggested Shift + Ctrl +C + Interests but as far as I can tell this alows you to view the interests but not change them. Any ideas?

One of the expansion packs, I think it's the dating one, allows you to change your interests. All you have to do is buy and read the magazine related to that interest.
