sure this is probably in the wrong section, but hopefully somone can help! we had a website for our business and the site has "expired" and dont know how to renew it. No longer on speaking term with the person who set it up, but the www..... still exists, just cant be accessed. If anyone can point us in the right direction, being fairly computer illiterate, wud be very grateful, thanx.

Well ideally you'd need to know what registrar the guy used, in order to renew the domain (I assume this is what you mean).

Thanx, think we have found the registrars address by digging around.
You'll need to login to that site, and it should have a system letting you select your domain and re-register it.
It may depend on whether the person who set it up did it in his name or yours.If he used his own then he will have all the passwords etc and it can be very difficult and expensive to change the registration details without his consent.
