Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium pop-up

When I access the Jerusalem Post (www.jpost.com) this microsoft pop-up always shows up. Is it the fault of the site, my installation of Office or what. Please help me get rid of it. Any information would be appreciated.

It's just a popup. When I tried the site with internet explorer, I got one about ringtones and one from the Bank of Jerusalem.

Download Firefox, which will stop these popups.
