Mailer-Demon messages

Having received bucket loads of spam I am now receiving Mailer_Demon messages saying 'message undeliverable', as if I have sent it, yet it has apparently been sent in reply to a similar email account
eg if my email is [email protected] uk (which it isn't) they say they've received the message from [email protected] or [email protected].
All of which is not ME! Make it stop! I have AVG Free filter to no avail!
