Yep - keep the phone on if you are in contract - nothing to gain by cancelling within your contract period.
You have signed a contract for 12 months and they want the money for those 12 months. Keep the phone until the contract ends.
When you signed the contract you agreed to pay this money until the end of the 12 months. If you refuse to pay they can have you for breach of contract
What on earth do you think a 12 month contract is? It is called a 12 month contract for a very good reason - it is a contract for 12 months!!

BENDTOY,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thankyou for your sarcastic reply - YES i am aware what a conttract is...............although in some cases there is a possibilty that you can withdraw early for a settlement fee...................(incase you didnt know that)........ but thankyou for you useless statement - tell me something i dont know -
Youre right Jelisa about the settlement

The settlement fee in this case will be the payments due each month to the end of the 12 month term.

I take it you got a free / very cheap phone at start of contract? this is subsidised by 3 and they recoup some of the costs from the contract. Why would they want to give you a free phone and then allow you to come out of the contract for next to nothing?

I suggest you read the details before signing up with your next mobile provider.
So why did you ask the question? Based on the question, it appears I was telling you something you didn't know.
