I have two wide screen TV's but iwith both it doesn't mind which screen size (i.e. wide screen, 16:9, 4:3 etc.) I ise to watch TV, there are some programs where I'm missing part of the screen at the sides - definitely noticeable when opening credits come up at the start of some movies and I only get part of the actors' name!!! My question is, how do I resolve this problem so I can get to watch the whole TV program?

Best guess: it's not your TV that's at fault, but your digibox is set up to output a 4:3 "cutout" picture, so when you watch "16:9" on your TV, it's actually just stretching the 4:3 signal. You should refer to the digibox manual to find out how to set it to output a true 16:9 picture.
