Blue screen of death

Earlier today i turned my computer off & got what I believe is called the blue screen of death. i had done a backup to my hard disk earlier & had been chatting with a fnend on messenger .Had a few problems , webcam not working properly , windows not opening properly but not unusual . I tried re-starting in safe mode but it but nothing happened so turned it off again then back on , now everything seems ok. Should I be worried? If so what should i do?

I think its just one of those glitches that happen on occasions, however I would just make sure you keep everything backed up to the hilt. A format and re-installation maybe on the cards soon. Find all the software for all peripherals and programmes in readiness.
