Is it possible to get rid of this file and how, if so will I have any problems with my PC?

Do a search for it and find out what its for. I just did a search for it and found nothing so i dont think its a part of windows but it may be a part of a program you have. Why do you want to get rid of it and how did you find it?

Download a freeware program called Darkspy tools of anti rootkit.. Installation is quite straight forward. Run the program, then click on the file tab. Now navigate exactly to the file in question. Right click it and select delete.
This of course assumes you definitely do not need the file, so be careful!!
This program has deleted every awkward to delete file I have asked it to do.

Thanks peanut and strugglin for your replies and sorry for getting back sooner. I do not like to see files appear from it seems nowhere as it may be somekind of malware is the answer to your question peanut and for your sugestion strugglin I will try it
