Just bought a new phone, however it says 'Limited Service' on the menu? I am unable to send/receive calls and messages. How do I rectify this? I am with O2.

It's contract.
im on 02 contract and get that message if i have no signal ( usually in the middle of asda ) the only other time i had that was when i completely forgot to pay my bill ! give 02 a phone and see what they say !
you need to ring 02.You probably have a bar on it that only they can remove.I had the same problem last week with my son's phone.It took 3 phone calls for them to sort it out!!
