Tiscali broadband queries

A neighbour has Tiscali Broadband and have 2 problems. 1) Since July 19th no sent e-mails have been saved in the "sent" folder, so they don't know if they have been sent unless they phone the recipient. 2) The text on the e-mail is very small even though changing the font setting doesnt do anything. Can anyone help with these please????

I assume that they are using Outlook Express.

To solve problem 1:
Open OE
Click Tools/Options
On the Send tab, check 'Save copy of sent messages in the "sent Items" folder'

To solve Problem 2, open Internet exploere, click on View/Text Size

KATpat - they also have internet explorer and some e-mails are in there but they appear to be using Tiscali intenet separately. Have tried (2) but that doesnt work as it already says "largest" and changing it downwards doesnt make any difference either. Any body else have any clues ?? Its got me stumped.!!
