i have been trying for 3 days to produce some labels for printing in microsoft access. i get right to the very end in labels design then i get a box saying " enter parameters" none of us in the office has any idea what we should be putting in this box. does anyone else have a clue?? much appreciated.

I think it probably wants to know what label sheets you are using- If it is a standard, such as Avery this will tell it how many labels are on the sheet, the size of them and the gap between labels. If not, you may have to enter the parameters manually. Have you tried using Words 'letters and labelling' under tools? It is a bit more user friendly.
If this works, any jobs in your office? (he-he!)
