All of a sudden I get a message on my screen when opening any Explorer window saying that due to my security settings Active X has been disabled and some displays may not work.
Unfortunately NO Explorer views work!
Don't know where this came from and I can't switch it off because when I launch Control Panel, guess what? I can't see anything because of this error!!

I'm running ancient Windows ME I'm afraid

Help!!!
