Phone Helpline

Hey. I am starting a small Computer Companyand i wish for it to have a helpline for customers to wring. I need to know how to get one of them automated answers like this:
"Hello, you are through to.....bla bla bla "
and I need it to have a list of options like this:
"Press one for something, Press two for another, Press three for more" etc.
How do i do this?

No, no, no. Unless it's freephone your customers are paying to listen to that lot. It drives me mad.

Far better a human voice, and a voicemail service if the line is engaged.
