I know where to find the "Date & Time " bit under the Control Panel on my computer but why won't it let me make changes? My on-screen display has been an hour out since the clocks went forward and it makes me confused!

It should let you change these easily and once you close the window the changes are made automatically - if you have a mac you can click in the "set daylight-saving time automatically" and it updates your clock when the clocks go back and forward, have you tried this?

mellyJ - thanks for trying but I've got that far! Whatever I select with regards to time zones and whether or not I tick the box "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes", absolutely nothing happens!!! The up/down arrows next to the "actual" clockface remain shady and don't function either. Roll on October!
I know I'm a bit late with this, but I ALWAYS have trouble changing the time! You have to position the mouse pointer in the numerical time section until it changes to "I" That's where the difficulty comes in! I've spent many minutes trying this. Then you can delete a number and enter the correct one. Hope this helps if you haven't solved it already.
