What can I expect to pay to have a website designed? I will supply most if not all graphics (on paper not disk).

the fact that the graphics will be on paper will add a lot to the cost - you'll have to pay for them to be digitised, although if they're only going to be small on the site, they should just be scannable.

But, as for the main question, how long is a piece of string?
How big is the website? what is it going to do? does it have payment facilities?

Ok, I see your point!

5 pages. No payment facilities, just a bit about the company, what we do, contact details etc.
About 35 -50 per year for hosting and domain name. And a few hundred pound (200 - 400) for design. It sounds very simple. You could probably do the design yourself with a bit of trial and error.
