Any ideas for spectacular hols over xmas/ney year 2007/8?

I am thinking along the lines of maybe Beaches resorts on Jamaica(and I am aware we may need to sell a couple of kidneys to finance it). We've got two boys (9 and 7 by then) and have done lapland and skiing etc and fancy sunnier festivities.

Cape Town was gorgeous over New Year. Beautiful place and people, huge variety of things to do from beaches, penguins, trip to Robben Island, go up Table Mountain, and just enjoy the waterfront.

try fiji, the Warwick fiji hotel is fantastic luxuary kids well catered for the beach is great so is the food look in to it http://www.warwickfiji.com well worth two weeks there if you go play bingo and see the fire walking brill fun!!!
