Hi, does anyone have this printer and do you frequently have printing problems ? Mine is fast heading for the skip !!

I have this printer,and i have a lot of problems with print quality near enough every time i go to print i have to clean the heads otherwise i get no ink,then when it does print i get ink on my paper that was on the rollers.......is this similar to what you get?
